Orders are normally shipped from Australia mid-month and take about a week to arrive to our Auckland Distribution Centre.

From there they are dispatched the next day and should be received about 2-3 days after.

Prior to that, our Customer Care Team send out a Proforma Invoice to allow for the order to be verified and paid for.

If applicable, the Proforma Invoice will also include any shipping charges.

Please note: There is no charge for Goods Shipped from Australia.

We select the best way to ship orders based on orders size, weight, volume and destination. We use a specialized freight/courier company.

We prefer to have goods delivered to a business address. But will deliver to a home address if required.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

A re-delivery charge of $32 will apply should there be no one to sign for the go
